Started in the late 1970's, Airsoft is a recreational sport that involved replica guns that shoot ~6 mm plastic BBs. In comparison to paintball, Airsoft is more realistic, practical, affordable, and easy to learn. Airsoft guns and equipment are often used in training situations for military personnel around the world.

Setting up a customer account with us is quick and painless! Simply click "Login / My Account" in the top right of any page, and then click "Create a New Account" if you have yet to sign up with us. Once you have verified your account via email, you will have exclusive access to account-only coupons as well as any and all information pertaining to past orders, order processing, product favorites, custom shipping addresses, and much more!

We strive to protect all of our customers' information. Not only are all payments securely processed and encrypted, but we also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation in which we can remove your information upon request at any time. Ordering through ASO Airsoft is super easy. Simply browse our excellent products and add them to your cart. Once you are ready to checkout, just open your cart, accept our terms and conditions, and click check out! All orders are shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 12 PM (unless otherwise specified by the shipper or in the customer's order notes). Any orders placed after 12 PM will ship out the following day. All orders placed on non-business days will be shipped out the next business day. Any backordered items will be shipped out upon arrival.

After your order is received, any add, change or cancel requests are not allowed. You can do a return or exchange after the order is delivered. Depending on the stage of your order's fulfillment, we can make changes to the ship-to address upon request.

Here at ASO, we know that you cannot wait to get recieve your package. All of our orders are shipped out as soon as possible. Please refer to our shipping policy here page for more information on when you should recieve your order.

We are so sorry that your order was damaged during delivery! If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit, please keep the order intact and contact our Customer Service Team at sales@asoairsoft.com or call us at (770) 714-2011 M-F 11am–3pm EST to assist with a carrier claim.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship items internationally for legal and safety concerns. We are also not allowed to ship to California due to new restrictions (SB 199). Also, all gun orders placed out of New York City, New York will be cancelled immediately. Exceptions will be AEGs or high-end guns only (with proper orange tape markings) going outside the 5 boroughs. We still ship airsoft accessories, tactical gear, and everything else to NY residents though.
